ABSTRACT

Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia, the epidemic has spread rapidly. As of March 22, 2020, about 196,000 people have been diagnosed globally, and a total of 12,800 deaths have been reported, putting global public health institutions on high alert. The disease can be divided into mild type, common type, severe type and critical type in clinical practice, and most infected patients have different degrees of coagulation disorders, especially the activation of the coagulation system, which often results in the inhibition of the fibrinolytic system, and eventually progresses to diffusion Intravascular coagulation, 36% of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia will have increased D-dimer and fibrin degradation products (FDP), with more complications, difficult treatment, and high mortality. Therefore, in-depth study of the coagulation characteristics of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia, especially the changes in coagulation indicators when further development of sepsis, is of great significance to prevent the deterioration of the disease, increase the cure rate, and reduce the mortality rate. This article analyzes the relationship between the disease and sepsis through the study of the pathogenic mechanism and clinical characteristics of the new coronavirus pneumonia, focusing on the clotting characteristics of thromboelastography in the evaluation of new coronavirus pneumonia, especially the occurrence of thrombosis and bleeding Risk, and then provide a reference basis for clinical treatment.
